Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers before and after sales.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
  • Respond promptly to technical-related inquiries while adhering to guidelines, technical constraints, and required formats.
  • Maintain customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Generate reports on product performance for developers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliveries are on time and meet quality standards.
  • Manage and facilitate effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience managing customer relationships and software release processes.
  • Background in project or account management.
  • Proficiency in creating reports for stakeholders and developers.
  • Ability to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
  • Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
