About the Role
As an Account Manager, your role will be to provide exceptional service to assigned client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with the company. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, securing their commitment to the company’s offerings, and driving mutual growth. Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients/accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your clients.
- Stay up to date with the content and services offered by assigned accounts.
- Understand clients’ business needs and act as a trusted advisor.
- Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to improve products, marketing, and operations.
- Proactively identify and implement growth opportunities for clients to secure the company’s long-term strategic position.
- Develop and maintain account plans outlining key customer revenue-driving activities and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions tailored to online gaming operators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Account Manager or Project Manager) in the online B2B industry is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the online gaming industry.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts, growing business portfolios, and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in remote account management and support.
- Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with managing accounts under contractually agreed commercial terms.
- Experience drafting proposals and delivering client presentations.
